As a member of the Human Relations Team, you will play a crucial role in the HR-oriented functions. We are looking for organized and proactive students who are passionate about managing the recruitment & onboarding process and developing talent.

Responsibilities as a member of the Human Relations team

• Create & post job descriptions

• Recruitment & onboarding of new members

• Develop & plan member development workshops to foster member growth

• Experience with recruitment and conducting interviews

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficiency in English
